Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for End to End recruitment for Training & Internship vertical.
· Sourcing resumes through job portals, references as per requirement.
· Call the candidates and counsel them to join our training program.
· Coordinate with TPO’s, hods and HR of colleges and universities to achieve the target.
· Handle database management.
· Organize on-campus program, campus hiring.
Desired Candidates Profile:
· Have good presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
· Should be able to work as a multi-tasking person
· Disciplined & Systematic Problem-solving skills.
· Quick decision-maker and can work under pressure.
· Preferred if have the experience to work as HR in Training & Education Industry or working as TPO’s in Colleges or universities.
· Person should be ready to take challenges & Target oriented.
Work Experience: 2 to 7 Years
